Joe Aitkin

Joe is from Kirriemuir and is a fine singer of traditional songs which he delivers in his own inimitable fashion.  He’s also a great exponent of the North East Bothy style of singing.  He has won the coveted Champion of Champions bothy ballad competition at Elgin and featured on the BBC Scotland documentary Beyond The Bothy in 2010.  Read more…
